本政策所称阿拉私译，包括：
1、广东华冠教育发展有限公司；
2、广东华冠教育发展有限公司参股或形成经营、协作联系的关联单位，包括但不限于广东华冠教育发展有限公司。
以上包括现有或将来设立的符合以上条件的公司主体。我们将按照本政策来收集、保护、使用、共享您的个人信息，如国家法律法规或监管规定对阿拉私译旗下公司另行规定或您与阿拉私译旗下公司另行约定的条款与本政策不一致的，以另行规定、约定的为准。
我们收集、使用您的信息是出于遵守国家法律法规的规定以及向您提供服务及提升服务质量的目的（包括支持我们开发新产品或完善已有产品功能，为您和其他用户提供更为优质的服务）。若您向我们提供了本政策中列明的信息，您可使用更多的阿拉私译的服务，和（或）享受更便捷的客户服务，和（或）让我们更好地保护您的账户及资金安全，和（或）避免我们无法及时与您取得联系而产生对您不利的影响等。
我们如何收集个人信息
当您访问阿拉私译的网站、阿拉私译的移动设备客户端时，或您使用阿拉私译的服务时，您会向我们主动提供一些信息，我们也会收集您的一些信息 。
我们收集信息的范围主要包括：
1、为了遵守法律法规的要求，以及向您提供更个性化、更便捷的服务，我们需要识别您的身份。例如在您注册阿拉私译账户或使用阿拉私译提供的各项服务时，您可能要向我们提供一些个人信息，包括但不限于您的姓名、身份证明、地址、电话号码和电子邮件地址、生物特征等信息及相关附加信息（如您所在的省份和城市、邮政编码等）。

5、为了保护您的账户安全，当您访问阿拉私译的网站及其相关网站、或阿拉私译的移动设备客户端时，或使用阿拉私译提供的服务时，我们可能会记录您操作的相关信息，包括但不限于您的网络信息、设备标识符、硬件型号、操作系统版本、您的位置以及与阿拉私译的服务相关的日志信息，这些信息可帮助我们更好地识别您的身份。

1、向您提供阿拉私译的各项服务及客户服务，并维护、改进这些服务。
2、比较信息的准确性，并与第三方进行验证。例如，将您向我们提交的身份信息与身份验证的服务机构进行验证。
3、为使您知晓自己使用阿拉私译的各项服务的情况或了解阿拉私译的服务，向您发送服务状态的通知、营销活动及其他商业性电子信息。
4、对阿拉私译用户的身份数据、交易信息等进行综合统计、分析或加工等处理，可能会出于销售、奖励或为了让您拥有更广泛的社交圈的需要而使用、共享或披露这些经过处理的信息。

我们如何共享个人信息
我们对您的信息承担保密义务，但我们有权在下列情况下将您的信息与第三方共享：

5、某些服务和（或）产品由我们的合作伙伴提供或由我们与合作伙伴、供应商共同提供，我们会与其共享提供服务和（或）产品需要的信息。
6、我们与第三方进行联合推广活动，我们可能与其共享活动过程中产生的、为完成活动所必要的个人信息，如参加活动的用户数、中奖名单、中奖人联系方式等，以便第三方能及时向您发放奖品。
7、为维护阿拉私译及广东华冠教育发展有限公司集团旗下公司和其他阿拉私译用户的合法权益。
8、根据法律规定及合理商业习惯，在我们计划与其他公司合并或被其收购或进行其他资本市场活动（包括但不限于IPO，债券发行）时，以及其他情形下我们需要接受来自其他主体的尽职调查时，我们会把您的信息提供给必要的主体，但我们会通过和这些主体签署保密协议等方式要求其对您的个人信息采取合理的保密措施。
9、您与他人通过阿拉私译的服务发生资金往来的，交易相对方可在付款过程中，或付款成功后可查看到您使用的账户的部分信息（包括账户登录名、账户对应的姓名或昵称、账户头像等，具体以实际可查看信息为准）。
10、如您授权第三方向我们查询、采集您在阿拉私译的账户相关信息，我们有权在法律法规和您的授权许可范围内向第三方分享您账户的部分信息。
11、为了维护和改善我们的服务。

Overview and Statement
In order to respect and protect users' privacy, Ala Translator (hereinafter referred to as "we") will collect, use and share your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy"). This policy covers the terms of our collection, storage, protection, use and sharing of your personal information. We suggest that you read this policy in its entirety so as to better understand how to protect your right to privacy. For your complete understanding of the content of this policy, we have bolded text within this policy relating to terms that have or may have a material impact on your rights. When you accept a service agreement with a company under Ala Translator, such as the "Alipay Service Agreement", or when you access the website of a company under Ala Translator, such as the Alipay website (www.alipay.com) or other relevant websites or access the mobile platform of a company under the Ala Translator or use any service provided by us, such an action indicates that you have already agreed for us to legally use and protect your personal information in accordance with this policy.
Ala Translator as referred to in this policy includes:
1)Zhejiang Ala Translator Services Group Co., Ltd.;
3) An affiliated organization of which Ala Translator is a shareholder, formed the business or has a collaborative relationship, including but not limited to Chinamax Education Development Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “CME” for short)
The preceding text includes corporate entities that currently exist or that will be established in the future which meet the above conditions. We will act in accordance with this policy to collect, protect, use and share your personal information. If national laws, rules or regulatory requirements otherwise specify for companies under Ala Translator or you and a company under Ala Translator otherwise specify the terms of the agreement, the alternative provisions shall prevail.
We collect and use your information in order to comply with national laws and regulations and to provide you with service and to increase the quality of services (including supporting us in the development of new products or the improvement of currently existing functionality so as to provide better service to you and other users). If you provide us with the information set out in this policy, you can use more Ala Translator services; and/or enjoy more convenient customer service; and/or allow us to better protect your account and funds; and/or avoid situations where we cannot contact you in a timely fashion which could lead to potential problems, etc.
How we collect your personal information
When you access the Ala Translator website or the Ala Translator mobile device client or when you use an Ala Translator service, you voluntarily provide us with some information, which we will collect.
The scope of information that we will collect includes: 1) We need to identify you in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to provide you with more personalized and convenient services. For example, when you register for an Alipay account or use one of the various services provided by Alipay, you may be required to provide us with some personal information including but not limited to your full name, proof of identity, address, phone number, email address, biometric information or other information and related additional information (such as your province and city, postal code, etc.).
2)If you use an Ala Translator service that must connect with your bank account or the account of another payment tool, you must provide us with the account information for your bank account or the account information of the other payment tool. For example, when you activate the Alipay quick pay service and link your bank card and Alipay account, you must provide us with your bank card information.
3)To make it easy for you to check your transaction status or records, and to comply with laws and regulations, we will save the transaction data generated by your use of Ala Translator services and act in strict compliance with laws and regulations in the safekeeping of that information.
4)We may obtain information from companies under CME or commercial partners to supplement our information.
5)In order to protect your account, when you access the Ala Translator website or other relevant website or access the Ala Translator mobile device client or use a service provided by Ala Translator, we may record information relevant to your actions including but not limited to your network information, device identifier, hardware model, operation system version, location and log information relevant to the Ala Translator’s services. This information helps us to better identify you.
In addition to the information described above, we may collect other information from you as reasonably required to provide services and improve service quality. This includes relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, your responses that you provide upon participation in a survey, relevant information we collect when you interact with a company under Alibaba, information about the mobile applications (apps) and other software you have used and information concerning your use of such mobile applications or software. At the same time, to increase your security while using services provided by Ala Translator and to more accurately defend against phishing websites, message fraud and Trojan horses, we may determine the risk of your account by learning about your habits while accessing the web, the software you generally use, and fraudulent message content, among other methods. We may record some URLs we regard as risky.
How we use cookies, beacons, proxies and other technologies
When you access the Ala Translator website or use a service provided by Ala Translator, we may use a small data file to identify you to provide you with a smoother access experience. This helps you save the effort of repeatedly entering registration information or can help determine the security of your account. These data files may be a cookie, flash cookie or other local storage provided by your browser or relevant application (collectively, "cookies"). Please understand that some of our services are available only through the use of cookies. If your browser or browser plug-in permits, you may adjust the extent to which you accept or even refuse cookies from Ala Translator. However, all of these actions under certain circumstances may affect your ability to securely access the Ala Translator website or use the services provided by Ala Translator.
Our website may also include some electronic images (called "single-pixel GIF files" or "web beacons"). The use of web beacons can help the website to calculate the number of visiting users or access cookies. We will use web beacons to collect information about your browsing on the website. Examples included the address of the page you visit, the website you were previously visiting, the length of your visit to a page, your browsing environment and display settings, etc.
When you use third party services, not from Ala Translator, we cannot ensure the third party entity will take security measures in accordance with our requirements. If your access is via our website or customer platform, in order to provide you with a more secure access experience and to protect your account security to the greatest extent possible, we may use proprietary network protocols and proxy technology (referred to as a "special network channel" or "network proxy"). The use of a special network channel may help you identify sites known to be high-risk by Ala Translator and reduce the risk of phishing or account leaks as a result. At the same time, it is beneficial for protecting both you and the third party's interests and prevents criminals and other third parties from tampering with your service content. Examples include advertising injections resulting from unsafe routers or illegal base stations, illegal content tampering and more.
How we protect and store your personal information
In order to ensure the security of your information, we endeavour to take all reasonable physical, electronic and management measures to protect your information and ensure that your information will not be leaked, damaged or lost. These measures include but are not limited to SSL, encrypted storage, controlled access to data centres, special network channels and proxies. Our employees and contractors that may come in contact with your information are also subject to strict management measures including but not limited to various access permissions and controls corresponding to different jobs, non-disclosure agreements signed by the workers, supervision of their operations and more.
Ala Translator will rely on current technology to provide corresponding security measures to protect your information and provide a reasonable assurance of protection. We make every effort to ensure that your information is not leaked, damaged or lost at any time. Your information is stored on a server located in China. As required for security and to backup data, Ala Translator may store your information and data on a server belonging to a company under CME.
How we use your personal information
The collection of your information is on the basis of upholding national laws and regulations and with the aim of providing you with service and improving that service. In order to achieve this goal, we shall use your information in the following ways:
1)To provide you with the various services of Ala Translator and with customer service and to maintain and improve these services.
2)To compare the accuracy of information and verify it with third parties. For example, comparing the identity information you submit to us with information from an identity verification service to establish your identity.
3)To send you service status notifications, sales activities and other commercial electronic information to ensure that you know how to use the various services of Ala Translator or understand Ala Translator's services.
4)To engage in comprehensive statistical computation, analysis or processing of the identity data, transaction data and other data of Ala Translator users. The processed data may be used, shared or disclosed as required for the purpose of sales, rewards or to expand your social circle.
5)To prevent or prohibit illegal activities.
6) Other uses as approved by you.
How we share your personal information
We have an obligation to protect the confidentiality of your information. However, under the following circumstances we have the right to share your information with a third party:
1)We have obtained your permission or authorization.
2)We will your relevant information internally within Ala Translator and with third parties including companies under CME to provide you with or recommend to you a service or product or to provide you with better service or to allow you to have a wider social experience.
3)Under certain circumstances, we must share your information in order to provide you with a required service and/or product or to handle a transaction dispute between you and another person.
4)In order to determine whether your account or transaction is secure.
5)Some products and/or services are provided by our partners or jointly provided by our partners or suppliers together with us. We will share the information as required by the product and/or service.
6)If we conduct a joint promotional activity with a third party, we may share personal information generated in the course of the activity or information required to complete the activity with the third party.
7)To maintain the legal rights of Ala Translator, companies under CME and other Ala Translator users.
8)In accordance with the law and reasonable commercial practices, when we plan to merge with another company or be acquired by another company or engage in some other capital market activities (including but not limited to an IPO or bond issuance), or when we must be subject to due diligence by other entities, we will provide your information to the required entity. However, we will sign confidentiality agreements with these entities and take other steps to require that they take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information.
9)When you and another person engage in a financial transaction using an Ala Translator service, the counterparty may during the transaction or after it is completed view some of your account information (including the account login name, the full name or nickname that corresponds to the account, the account headshot and other information, particularly whichever information can be viewed).
10)If you authorize a third party to request or collect relevant account information from a company under Ala Translator, we have the right within the scope of the law and your authorization to share some of your account information with the third party.
